I will update my review if/when HP ever fixes my problems. But if you're going to use vista with this machine? Absolutely do not buy this printer. HP customer service is fairly punctual and helpful, but somewhat irritating in their cheery demeanor (certainly I am not happy.) I have not had the pleasure to test this printer with XP, but I suspect it's a much better experience. Overall Review: Astounding print quality when you can get it to print, but otherwise. I promise that any regular end-user that wishes to use this with vista will go absolutely crazy trying to figure it all out. It took two days and several correspondences to even get the thing up and running, and still to this day it has been acting glitchy and unreliable (print queue hangs/not all jobs actually get sent.) Please believe me when I tell you that I am not normally ever this helpless with hardware installation.

It certainly seems to be a high quality piece of hardware.,Ĭons: However, it relies on some extremely low quality software. It also has a wide variety of features that I'm sure will speak for itself.
I've never owned a photo-type all-in-one before, but compared to 'regular' printers, this is just great. Using the maximum DPI settings, the quality is just fantastic. Pros: The print quality is absolutely astounding.
